Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order with Lunovia Store, and how cancellations relate to your statutory right to cancel.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You can request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, free of charge. Because we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot always guarantee cancellation after this window — once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, it can no longer be stopped.

If your order has already been dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies instead — you can return the item once it arrives.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

In addition to the above, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@lunoviastore.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return shipping is free on all eligible returns, including change-of-mind cancellations under this right. Certain items are excluded from the statutory right to cancel, including personalized or custom-made items and sealed hygiene items once unsealed — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full list.

Refunds After Cancellation

Where an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Where you cancel under your statutory right after receiving the goods, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you have returned them). Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
